1. The installation method of the upper rack
The industrial switch box can be attached to the rack with a bracket. Generally, two L-shaped chassis mounting ears have been installed at the factory, and the operation method is as follows:
1) In general, a standard chassis is used, that is, a standard installation cabinet is required;
2. Flat installation method on the desktop
Industrial switches can be placed flat on a smooth, flat, secure desktop. It is necessary to ensure that the working environment has a large enough space to ensure the ventilation and heat dissipation space of the equipment. However, there are two things to keep in mind:
1) At least ensure that there is a space distance of 3cm-5cm around the switch, and no heavy objects can be placed on the switch;
2) Ensure that the physical surface of the switch can withstand more than 3kg of weight.
3. Wall-mounted installation
Switch installation is very common for industrial field applications, and the installation instructions are as follows:
1) First, use a screwdriver to remove all 4 screws at screws 1 and 3. The screws at screw 2 are removed according to whether the on-site installation space is sufficient (it is recommended to keep them when the space is sufficient);
2) Then rotate the removed wall-mounted ears 180°, align the screw holes and fix them twice, because the screws are loose or slippery may bring fatal injury to the equipment, please check whether the screws have been fixed in place;
3) After that, fix the wall-mounted hole reserved on the wall-mounted ear.
4. DIN card rail installation
The general industrial switch adopts the standard DIN card rail installation, which is very convenient in most industrial applications, and the installation steps are as follows:
1) First of all, check whether there are DIN-Rail installation tool accessories to make sure everything is normal;
2) Then adjust the correct installation direction of the product, that is, the power terminal is correct;
3) Then the upper part of the product guide rail card (the part with the circlip) is first snapped into the guide rail strip, and then the lower part is slightly snapped into the guide rail strip;
4) After snapping the DIN rail card into the card rail, check to confirm whether the product is balanced and reliably fixed on the DIN card rail.
